Welcome to Graham Fowler's web site. Graham Fowler is a painter based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Art and Art History, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He graduated from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD), Halifax in 1975 (BFA), Concordia University, Montreal in 1980 (MFA) and McGill University, Montreal in 1982,(DipEd).
